It’s not just about our experience, it’s also about our tools and our parts.  We use the same Mercedes Benz diagnostic machines that the main dealers use and we also use genuine parts.  Our servicing will not invalidate your warranty.

If your Mercedes has a diesel particulate filter (DPF), it is essential that the correct oil is used during servicing.

The Star Diagnostic machine

All new Mercedes cars are computer controlled and most problems require the use of a diagnostic machine in order to identify faults/issues when a dashboard warning light comes on.  We have this machine on site, the same one that the main dealers use.  Simply plugging this into your car enables us to quickly and efficiently find faults and repair them.

We can also upgrade the software in your Mercedes to the latest version direct from Mercedes Benz, we offer this free to all customers who use us for a full service.

Having this machine also enables us to fix more complex issues such as those with the EIS (electronic ignition switch) or the ESL (electronic steering lock).

Special tools

Some Mercedes parts require special tools to access or replace them – as specialists, we have all major tooling required to get your car back on the road as quickly as possible and without fuss.

Workshop Information System (WIS)

We use the Mercedes Benz WIS as an extensive resource when working on Mercedes vehicles – quite simply it means that we can save time and money by working quicker with the most up to date information.

Approved Parts

We use genuine/approved parts and consumables on all vehicles which means that your warranty won’t be invalidated by our work, and you can be assured that the parts will last.  When changing oil we always use Mercedes approved Mobil oils.
